1. How does the sizing work for a "second skin" fit?
Our aero construction is designed to be snug to prevent bunching. We recommend following our size chart closely; if you are between sizes, size up for comfort or size down if you prefer a compressive, pro-level feel that won't slip during sprints. If choosing the size down (2-8) for a tighter fit the cuff length will naturally wear slightly shorter than the 7-11. The 7-11 is the standard size for most riders.

2. Will the 14cm cuff stay up during long rides?
Yes. The "Peloton-Acceptable" 14cm cuff features 2 silicon grip bands (not 1 like most other brands) to keep the cuff in place. It is engineered to stay securely in place without digging in, maintaining its height and professional aesthetic from start to finish.

3. How do I care for these socks to maintain anti-bacterial properties?
To preserve the fabric and antimicrobial treatment machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as these can coat the technical fibres and reduce their moisture-wicking and odour-resistant effectiveness.

4. What happens if I damage them in a fall?
We stand by our gear. These socks are covered by our 40% Crash Replacement Policy. If you damage your kit in a crash, simply contact us with a photo of the damage and we will provide a discount code for a replacement pair to get you back on the bike.

How do I wash and care for my socks?
Machine wash cold (20–30°C/70–85°F) using mild detergent. Do not use fabric softeners, iron, or dry clean. Hang dry in the shade to maintain fabric performance and prevent fading from direct sunlight.

  We provide FREE delivery (no minimum order required) within Australia through Australia Post, 1 – 5 business days for metropolitan areas (may take longer for country areas).

  Every effort is made to have your parcel delivered on the following business day, depending on your delivery address.

  Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or otherwise your package will be available for pick up from your nearest post office (packing slip will be dropped at your address with the pick up details).

  REST OF WORLD

  Deliveries for the rest of the world are made using Australia Post's international express rates and may take between 5 - 10 business days.

  • Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock products we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent. Although our products are of high quality things don't always work out or you may have purchased the wrong size or colour. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less postage costs – no questions asked. This does not apply for custom orders.

All retail items returned for exchange or a credit note must be returned in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item – This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.

With all custom items where stock is not held, garments cannot be replaced for sizing errors. Please be sure sizing is double checked against our sizing charts before making a purchase.
