If your chest measurement falls between sizes, sizing comes down to personal preference. Both sizes should fit, with the smaller size offering a firmer, race-style fit and the larger size providing a little more room through the body without being excessively loose.
Hip & waist measures are provided for additional reference only. If they align to a different size to your chest, then follow the chest size.
If you are 188cm (6'2) or taller, consider sizing up by 1 size for additional body length.
